Pay Protection?

What airlines, both major, cargo, and regional offer pay protection for pilot schedules? I already know that Expressjet does, but I recently heard that some airlines don't. This seems outrageous to me, but I would like to know which do, and which don't so as to avoid those that don't. :mad:
