1st Class Medical Changes
Anyone heard about this or when/if it goes into effect?
Looks like the Class 1 medical will be valid for one year, although I haven't seen the fine print.

That would be a beautiful thing. JAR Class 1 Medicals will be valid for a 12 month period beginning either October or November this year.

She said they were just starting the NPRM process so it could take a while but that's awesome. I don't see why it wouldn't pass, especially since the euros are doing it and it doesn't cost the ATA anything.
