starting at Champion is about 24K, for FE,but upgrade to FO is only a matter of months(now),one of our 727Advs grosses out at over 200k. We have been getting some outstanding people in our new hire classes. We are looking for better compensation , among other things in our next contract, currently under negotiation. The airplanes are well maintained, but things do break on 20 and 30 year old airframes. We are a non-sched, one of the better ones out there. Good luck, and welcome aboard to any,and all who seek to join us. cheers, and God bless !

It seems Champion is doing some hiring. Any pearls of wisdom from Champion folks regarding schedules, upgrades (is it still only months to upgrade to FO) how likely is it that you can break guarantee in an average month, which domiciles go most senior, is it a pretty commuter friendly place to work or do you need to live in domicile? Thanks in advance for any info.

I think they will be hiring into all bases, you would get more accurate dope at an interview. DTW tends to be the junior base, but there may be vacancies in STL. If you live in your base the schedules are not to bad at all. STL,happens to be the most commuter friendly base by the way.
