Who in the industry uses Flica to bid schedules?

How can one in Flica bid specific pairings back to back?

At Compass we have FLICA but not for bidding schedules. We use it to bid on vacation, vacancies, for open time, and trade board between pilots. The paramerts are set so high for reserve coverage so everything get denied. It's a great software, but at Compass it's just a nice format to print my schedule
