BL: As of today, commuters not allowed to use KCM. Must go through security unless working (to include deadheading/repositioning) on the flight. FAQs say LCA doing a line check counts, but no word on cockpit jumpseat.

Edit: Disregard (mods you can delete). I read the fine print - KCM counts as screening. Restriction evidently is on things like the cheese grater.

I'm not sure of the new rules...

But how could you guarantee at security that you'll be in the cockpit? Ex. 5 guys all saying they'll be in the cockpit with 1/2 seats available up there.

KCM is a accepted security screening for all forms of travel. There is no issue here.

Well, I went through MCO KCM yesterday in shorts, flops and a t-shirt with a full fare ticket and he did not even blink an eye.
