Seems like a younger group, many guys over 60?

It is a fairly young group.

July list has a little over 1,600 guys. ~200 to retire in the next 3 years. I only have the list as a .pdf, perhaps someone with more savvy could sort the thing in Excel.

Will someone from Airtran post these numbers please? I've used the search function, and these numbers are hard to find!

1700 pilots on the list. Starting in 2013, average about 15 a year for retirements. Very young pilot group.
