Default Air Tran Gouge

Got the word about an Air Tran interview yesterday. It will be my second since 2002. In the last interview (2002) I heard i did'nt get the job cause of a poor sim ride?? Anyway getting the gouge for interview but looking for any advise to seal the deal.

Default No sim anymore

I'm still waiting to hear, but I interviewed on the 9th. No sim check, few technical questions. A lot of how you would fit into the company, why AirTran and what you can bring to the company. One-on-one with HR, CP, and Ops. I thought I did well, however, I should find out how they felt any day now. Hopefully a phone call and not the dreaded letter.

Why? Who likes cuts and scrapes? By the way who are "they" guys you are referring to?

Value Jet and Airtran were airlines made for and run by, and flown by eastern Scabs. The most Senior people there are Scabs, that will be retiring in the next decade, but are in power (CP, hirining, interviewing, etc) for now.

This is not totally untrue, but highly misleading.

I'm working on 9 years here, I'm a strong union supporter and would never consider crossing a picket line. There are a few scabbies left, not many, and it certainly isn't fair to assume "most senior people" are scabs.

We have far fewer now than we did years ago.
