The guys at the top have 30+ years, they would be replaced by guys with 20+ years, and they would be replaced by guys with 12+ years. All of them get the exact same pay, since they are all over the top of the 12 year graduated pay scale, so ALPA would net the exact same amount in dues. Not until new hires are flying 777 Captain would ALPA take much of a pay cut, and that's never going to happen, so no sweat for ALPA's Dues train.
