I bet your 100% right. If they just look at how airline managements and contracts with their unions go this is exactly what you do. A management team makes a fair agreement and then later you back and pound away until you get a concession. There is no reason for them not to pursue this with the FAA later under the guise of it being detrimental to their operation and ability to make a profit and therefore it will cost pilots jobs. Now FAA, do you want that to be your fault?
