A management team makes a fair agreement and then later you back and pound away until you get a concession. There is no reason for them not to pursue this with the FAA later under the guise of it being detrimental to their operation and ability to make a profit and therefore it will cost pilots jobs. Now FAA, do you want that to be your fault?

Hopefully the FAA doesn't care.
And yet as we get cheaper and cheaper across the Atlantic, we will still give up capacity to much higher cost pilots to support the JV A380 clusterjunk european jobs program.
