Getting back to the 'Good times ahead' at AA.........Ive always wondered why airlines don't start the interview process at the first sign of needing people. They could flip the switch for apps, do the interviews and put people in a pool. No class dates, just a "We like you and will call you when we need you for a class date." Select people as needed from that pool and send them to class. Just give them 30 days notice to quit their old job and run another background check and **** test.
I always hear the concept of "building a great team" from these corporate types, and if I were to build a team I want to be proactive and have as many first round draft picks as possible, not the last pick. There's a name for the last pick in the NFL draft........
