northwest recall rumor

a buddy of mine told me last week that northwest pilots can't bypass a recall when they first get called. it's either come back now or don't come back at all. is this true? I can't believe it to be.

The F/A were offered that. Since they are working without a contract it was 'forced' a them. Our contract still allows bypass....
