Delta 737 out of service in IAD

Anybody know the story on the DL737 out of service with the make-shift canvas hangar over the nose. Last month, it looked as though the nose gear assembly had been removed.

I asked when in IAD about that and my memory is kinda foggy, but I believe that it hit something or something hit it on the ground. Tug, fuel truck jet-way, etc...

The story I got was a pin broke on the tug during pushback and it screwed with the nose gear.
