Default Stuck in Manila - NRSA question

Good morning all,

First off, if I was stuck in Manila I wouldn't be posting this question. I'd be rolling out of my digs in the Admiral Hotel and heading out into that good Makati night to drop some pesos at Casino Filipino, enjoy some adobo, and sip a few Red Horse while making some new friends at the Firehouse, et al.

Sadly, I'm not stuck in Manila. My wife is stuck in Manila. I'm stuck on hold listening to the United Airlines siren song waiting to speak to an agent in what I believe will be a fruitless attempt to get an answer to the following question:

= Continental Flight 190 from Manila to Guam does not show up on the joint Continental/United Flying Together employee travel listing page. It exists and I can buy a ticket off Kayak, Priceline, or even our own United.com, but I can not list her for it.

Any ideas? If she shows up at the ticket counter will the gate agent be able to list her, or should I book a room at the Admiral and head on down on a rescue mission?

Appreciate any insight ya'll can offer.

Might be a dumb question, but did you make sure you were on the right day in employeeRes? It's Friday here in the states, but Saturday In Manilla I believe. I don't think employeeRes will show flights that have departed.

She should be able to call the local res number and get some help. Otherwise she can go to the ticketing office in Makati across the street from the Philippine Stock Exchange. She can also grab ZED fares in that office if she needs. However, my info is from about 7 years ago so that office could be gone but I doubt it.

Not sure why the travel listing's not working for you, but I'll second ryguy: ticket office. When I was commuting out of there years back that was always the simplest solution.
