I have to agree. Now if the Question was between Con. and UPS, the answer would be different. Stay at Continental. But your asking about FDX. Totally different story.

Very Good Corporate Culture, Airline Tickets to work-NO company deadheading for 13 hours on a cold floor.(UPS) etc. And the Company is run by business professionals, not inbreeded box throwers.
