These rates are for 2007, and we proposed 5 percent increases for 2008 and 2009.

The 108.90 for a Grp 3 F/O is still $2.00/Hr less than I was making in that group over 10years ago! How pathetic:(

It's group 4 that scares me. I'd hate to see a ton of 90-100 jets flying around at real low pay rates. Put it in group 3, and raise the rates on all. Just vote no.

I'm assuming JNC is some union committee?

I'm guessing it stands for "Joint Negotiating Committee" since currently USAirways still has 2 separate Pilot groups, ie 2 Seniority lists and 2 MECs.

Are those rates an increase from what they have now?

I hope they get what they deserve and more.

I think it was SWA that started that race to the bottom a long time ago....

Yeah, that's why SWA are the highest paid narrow body passenger pilots in the U.S.!
