Wake Up Airtran Pilots
 

We all need to understand what is happening at AirTran. Our mgmt basically told the NPA to kiss off and now refuses to negotiate until the NPA fires all consultants hired to facilitate negotiations.

We work under a contract that was okay until mgmt chose to challenge every word and abrogate the rules and compensation we agreed to. Now they refuse to negotiate at all. We as AirTran pilots need to send a message to mgmt that we will not except this!

If this is true, then you've got a case with the NMB.

Time to move to the next phase of negotiations, but grieve everything in the mean time.

MGNT also knows that Airtran was started by and still has a large portion of SCABS on the upper third seniority list, we all know how they'll react to a contract fight.
