As defined in our crewmember blue book jetblue is a "Right to Work" employer. As an employee you abide by their rules with little or no recourse. For example we have several employees with the same complaint having different outcomes. The company choses how to settle each individual complaint with each individual pilot.
Out of 2400 pilots we have approximately 13 different PEA's.
"Treated fairly" is open to interpretation.
90% of all discipline currently comes from 990 something pilots suing over 3A.
14 E-190 pilots sued over a seniority violation and 13 settled, signing NDA's and leaving the 14th out of the agreement because the pilot could not afford the legal fees.

Pilots are terminated without due process.
