I would think the cost of achieving a CBA at JB will far exceed their initial dues intake, but in the long run they will be a useful addition to the collective.

Ugh, cleaning the cabin. LOL! Canoe, seriously where are you at? When you apply to a position at jetblue the job description includes cleaning and lifting. We can negotiate that in our CBA in 2018. Cleaning at jetblue isn't mandatory, like if your other pilot duties take precedence. But enough, this is where the TEAM becomes ME. Let's not go there, even if we are ALPA.

Actually management can fire you for any little thing and it is ALPA to get your job back. So you might get a three year vacation because getting your job back will be very low on the priority list. I would say exactly opposite be on your best behavior. JB management never fired a pilot that didn't earn it but that culture just went out the window. However, you are right in that it doesn't say anywhere that pilots have to clean the aircraft. Also remember most of the DRM, the PPA and the PVC (pro-standards) will be gone before the end of this week so your current protections are minimal until ALPA gets their protections in place be on your best behavior.
