If what you say is true (it's not), it still would be a better deal than the at will job you currently have. You can be fired for anything at anytime without a union. But with Alpa it is an insurance policy.

If you believe the Demon Management is lurking in the coat closet, ready to pounce, you've got problems. ALPA provides support for those who believe they have been wrongly terminated.
