Alaska Payscale info...

So we're close to going at it with our management for contract 2015... I'm trying to get an idea of what major improvements the Alaska guys got in their last CBA... I looked on here at the pay and it looks almost the same as I remember it, which is to say not very much, especially on the FO side..

Anyone know what the numbers are like for 2015,16,17, etc?

Also, any special rig language to get days off and pay credit up?

Thanks

Who is "we"? If you work for an ALPA airline, all the comparisons and industry trends are available through R&I.

I tried to submit changes to this web site but I was ignored. The information listed is incomplete. I can tell you that we got a 1.5% increase on April 1 and are due for another next April. Then April 2016 we get a 3% increase and another 1.5 in 2017.

I do, just don't have that stuff at my disposal as a run of the mill member...

I did the same for our HAL contract and also was ignored... sorta sad. Btw, those increases hardly keep up with inflation. So is the $200/hr max captain pay accurate then for even a 737-900??

It's $203 at the moment. Not as high as it could be but we are a tiny airline. I'm not disappointed. Sure, it should be $400/hr but time have changed. Considering the times, I'm doing OK.
