It's still an air sick inducing paint livery before one boards the jet. If the jet could talk it would ask the executives "What did I ever do to you guys:(?"

By the way will the new livery come with matching uniforms?

Ugh, I hope not. I still greatly prefer the classic livery.

A bit off topic, but I heard a story that claimed Herb Kelleher made a deal with David Neeleman that he would paint the Southwest planes blue if JetBlue survived 1 year, and that is the reason for the current paint scheme. Total cockpit BS?

Can't be any worse than the New Mexico State flag livery I see. Horrible

That sounds like something Herb would do. :D

"Malice in Dallas" in 1992 had to have been his goofiest stunt: Instead of going to court over who had the rights to the advertising slogan "Just plane smart" - Southwest or a South Carolina aviation sales company - Kelleher agreed to settle the matter with a charity arm wrestling match.

New Mexico One is ok by me. It's Illinois One and Florida One that have to go.

And Maryland One is one of my all time favorite paint jobs.

Don't hate the plane, hate the state flag. It was a novel idea at the time that really started out great with Lone Star One and Arizona One, but hasn't always transferred well to other state flags.
