Why have any threads? Why not just have one massive thread that contains all APC information? As a newbie I've asked questions on L&G that have probably been asked a zillion times already and I generally get pretty decent answers with a minimal amount of abuse. Worth it. The hiring and poolie threads have also been pretty useful. I wouldn't recommend reading the billion posts on L&G, but posting questions on there isn't a bad idea. Oddly enough, I recently found a Facebook thread (?) that has been pretty good. Never expected civility on Facebook, but there you have it. Good luck. |
