the seinhausers are goon for about a leg before your ears and head start to hurt. The 190 has both sets of plugs. If you're gonna stay on it for any time buy something you enjoy wearing.

Quiet technologies halo has worked excellent for me for the last 7 yrs.

Is it the same pin for A320/E190? Debating buying the DC Pros as a celebration for getting class but don't wanna spend any coin until I know what I'll be on

No, and the ambient noise levels are quite different. Tough call because you may end up flying both jets depending on initial assignment, desired base, etc....

I really wouldn't bother on the 320. Ambient noise is really low except on a couple of the oldest birds and the shipset Telex 750s work great. Even on short legs the headsets come off passing 180 most of the time, IME

Not sure if JB's are the same but at US we have the 5-pin but also the standard plugs as well so you can use your own if you want.

I believe they are different connections, IIRC. The bus connector is proprietary to Airbus.
