Min day vs. min duty (HUGE TO ME)
Vaca reamp WITHOUT losing 1.5x sell back
Reserve tweaking (although not on reserve, they deserve better)
SCOPE, SCOPE, SCOPE (Would love to know Robins idea on 190s outsourcing, I see 320 guys just giving it away and guess who majority is....)
Just to name a few changes I would like to see.
