CAL took about a 9% cut off some already low payrates. But when other cuts were added in, such as vacation credit, deadhead pay, etc.........it was north of 30%. But, we were rewarded with PBS.

Spirit Airlines. We signed a contract after 9/11 (Jan. 2003) that gave most 5% first year, 2% the next two, and 10% the final yeaar (last year). We are now "negotiating" the next one. Some of the "junior" FOs received a little less than 10% in the last year.
I know, I know, "it was a concessionary contract to begin with". Whatever.
Considering it was after 9/11, and people were still taking hits, and we signed near the amendable date, it was (IMHO) a good thing.
Oh yeah,
200% for Junior manning which they can only do twice in one month, or five times in a year (or this year, over Christmas, and New Year's).
150% for most trips picked up on a day off. And AT LEAST 4 days off between pairings.
It will all change soon probably. Or "new" DO says we are "fat" on work rules, and "thin" on compensation.
PBS, more "effecient" flying, are being discussed, for increase in pay.
