I will not hesitate to vote no if the contract doesn't meet my standards but would much prefer to have the negotiating team to not leave the table until they have something that meets our high standards.

During C2012, there were fears on managements part that if we sent the TA back, and they improved the TA, that would encourage a union drive by the FA's. They might have had a union drive going on at the time, so the fear DALPA spread was that if we sent the TA back, it would get worse, and it very well may have.

I want to see a TA that meets our expectations the first time. DALPA will be hard-selling what ever comes from the NC, along with Trip7 and others on here. So let's start out with something commensurate with our sacrifices and current profitability to vote on to begin with.
