Continental A fund 2.2%(frozen)??
 
can someone shed some light on this. does this mean any new hires will not be able to get this type of pension or is it just the rate of 2.2% that wont change. thanks.

we don't get the A fund, but it is still held over our head when contract negotiations come around.

So will the guys that were hired prior to the plan being frozen receive the full benefit at retirement? Or will they only get credit for years of service up until the plan was frozen?

No A fund for newhires.

Full B fund....10% of your pay every year [outside and independent of your 401(k)].
