NK Jumpseat - Listing Online

I won't have a chance to ask this of Spirit guys until I reach the cockpit for a ride. So I'd appreciate some guidance in advance. What is a "verification code?" The listing form demands it and states that it is provided by my employer. If so, either I'm unaware of it or it's code for some obvious piece of info that I can't think of.

Ask you're jumpseat coordinator. I don't believe it is something they want out publicly.
