Depends on whether somebody upgrades or decides to move.

Oh, and if you were hired onto the -80 you'd be equipment-locked out of BLI (Airbus base) for 2 years, at least the way things work right now.
I personally know a pilot who was recently awarded BLI but plans to move on to a foreign carrier ASAP so there might be one slot opening...

How senior is the PIE base for a new FO? I understand that it is both a MD80 and Airbus base now? Thanks.

Any guesses for the big announcement this week? I've heard MG stopped in a new hire class and said they were all going to be very happy to be on property next week. What management things is a good thing could be very different for the pilot group.
Might I suggest you think like management and buy some stock before Wednesday if you want to benefit from said announcement? Happiness means stock valuation to management, not labor happiness!

It's fairly junior on the -80 side and usually has slots for new hires. It is a bit more senior on the AB side compared to the -80 but still junior compared to most of the non Florida bases.

How long would it take for a new hire to hold FLL base for each aircraft,? Preferably the AB.

Thanks SD

FLL is an all AB base, and it's gone fairly senior

Looks like a couple guys have started an Allegiant pilot forum. Might be worth checking it out. I think it's only for current pilots though!

Looks like they forums on rumors and union updates and stuff like that!
