Check in the Charter section on here. Lots of discussion there.

Whelp, duh. Many thanks. I'd delete if I could. Little mod help?

Just because everywhere is hiring doesn't mean everyone is calling.

Normally I'd agree with you. After looking at Sun Country's pay and upgrade times, you would be better off financially at a regional. I'm going to go out on a limb and say work rules are probably better at most regionals too. I'm all for upward mobility, but unless Sun Country dramatically improves their pay, I would avoid them.

Since they seem to do mostly charter work, I would consider them a risky place to work even if they had a good contract. Do whatever floats your boat though. Maybe a free 737 type rating and a few hours in the plane will open some doors.

Do you even know that sun country just got a TA that brought pay up significantly? Most junior CA is around 4 yrs now.

Not to mention it may suit MSP types who can't/don't want to get on at Delta. Tough commute out of there, sure would be nice to live in domicile.

Their CA pay tops out over $200/hr. I'm not sure how a regional would be better?

Looks like the info on APC is bad. Good for Sun Country pilots.
