Aerocoast customer service?
 
Anyone have any issues? I'm having a lot of trouble getting a refund for a bag I returned and wondered if this is typical.

Aerocoast customer service?
 
I bought the cooler. The fabric separated at the stitching when I only had it a month and they wouldn't repair it. I emailed several times and finally ended up with a credit. My experience wasn't impressive.

I, too, was unimpressed with how long my cooler lasted. 1 year and the zipper separated from bag on 2 different compartments. No help from them at all. Won't buy from them again.

Yeah...I had a handle break within the warranty period. They won't replace the bag. Horrible customer service. Don't buy Aerocoast products.

I've had the efb cooler II for about 10 months with no issues. Must be lucky I guess
