Default Midwest Airlines info

Hello all. Just found this site last week and regsitered.
Have been flying 135 for about 10 years and about to make the jump to 121. Sent in the application to Midwest last week and have been called for the interview in two weeks. Suprise!
Anyone have anything to share with regards to the interview and any inside info about the company? Seems like they are in good shape from the outside. Any good gouge sites?

P.S. I haven't had a "real" interview since college internship with UAL.

I know 135 and 121 refer to the FARs.. But to the novice - what is the difference? Is one a scheduled pax service (121) and 135 is charter. Pay / job requirements / quality of life / etc...
