ATA back into IND.......
Just a heads up folks, something BIG coming up at ATA, Thursday, or Sunday it will be announced. Looks like IND is coming back and furloughs being called....

definetly keep us posted. I hope they get their $hit together. ATA is one of the best airlines out there from a passenger and commuter standpoint. I doubt though, that there are too many of the furloughees who haven't moved on to other things. For the most part, great pilot group. I was offered a job there in '01. They have good taste

We will begin doing some charter work out of there to some vacation destinations.
We probably will be recalling sometime late spring, early summer. Not in large numbers however. We are planning on a net gain of 5 aircraft by the end of the, but knowing how ATA plans things......?

The DC-10's are coming in a little faster then thought and they D'ed a L-1011 that they thought they were gonna scrap. Maybe, just maybe they are starting their upswing.
IND will be coming back as a scheduled stop and they are taking one of the planes of the DFW route to use, I believe the 738.
