ORD Crash Pad

I'll be in ORD for November. Anybody got a lead on a good crash pad? Feel free to PM me.....

Thanks!

Just google Brick Pad Ord. Lots of F9 guys there, myself included. $180/month, own bed, 5min walk to train, 15min train ride to Ord (it's in Jefferson Park). Highly Recommended!

Also make sure you talk to Kim P. In DEN cp office. She will explain how to get 50% discount on train. Makes it only $2.25 per ride to and from airport.

A few years ago there was a guy named Mike who ran a bunch off the Cumberland stop. Not in the airline biz but a decent guy who gets it. Tries his best to separate male and female, pilot and flight attendant. Had about 6 or 7 pads out there. Same deal, own bed, $175-185/mo. Usually 12 bunks per 2 bedroom apartment. Not luxurious at all but good wifi, good cable package (hbo, etc), cleaning service once or twice a month. Cumberland is a lot closer and a much better station than Jefferson Park.

Note: it's been over 5 years since I stayed there but I think the guy still has the pads out there.

Jefferson Park has a lot more bars and restaurants in the area and has a pretty good coffee shop in the station now.
