Ok at first I felt sorry for them.... but this is almost a bit too far....

I'm looking for other hostages of Jet Blue. I don't feel that a round trip ticket is enough compensation for people who were held hostage for 11 hours. I don't believe that 11 hour hostages should be treated the same as 3 hour hostages. I don't believe they apologized enough. I believe in the power of the people and power in numbers. If you were: JetBlue hostages on Feb 2006. People inconvenienced by the poor decision making and planning of JetBlue Coporate. People abused and neglected by JetBlue employees. I agree people just don't understand. Funny thing is no matter how late I leave or how much it cost the paying public I never hear a complaint ... ever. I must be doing something right:) Haven't had to say welcome, goodbye, or sorry in 12 years. |
