NOTlCE ANNOUNCING AN EXTENSION OF TIME
TO FILE ANSWERS TO OBJECTIONS
TO ORDER 2006-1 2-23
Docket 087-2005-23307
On Fcbruary 14, 2007, Virgin America, Inc. (“Virgin America”) filed Motions requesting confidential
treatment of certain additional evidentiary material and for leave to file this material out of time,’
supporting its rcqucst for a certificate of public convenicncc and necessity under 49 U.S.C. tj 41 102 to
engage in interstate scheduled air transportation2 We will grant Virgin Anierica’s rcqucst to file out of
time and we will address its request for Confidential treatment by separate action.
Given the circumstances in this case, and in an effort to have a complete record for decision, we find it in
the public interest to providc interested parties an additional seven business days from thc service date of
this Notice to file answers, addressing this new material.
We will serve this notice by einail or facsimile on all interested parties.
Persons entitled to pctition the Department for review of this notice under the Department’s Regulations,
14 CFR 385.30, should file their petitions within 10 days of the service date of this order.
This notice is eft‘ectivc immediately and the filing of a petition for reconsideration shall not alter its
cffcctivcncss.

A330Checkairman...I agree with you in regards to miss Mary, problably he will never pass flying C-152, C-172, no wonder Alaska didnt want any part of him.

The Office of Aviation Analysis has all the submitted reponses and is now closed for further remarks.

It will be reviewed by the OST and a decision will be made in the near future.

.......then on a brighter note they also found lead in your last urine sample and you of course have been recalled....I would suggest you find a more suitable place to empty your fuel test indicator.
