That was so very nice of the APA to do that. 1 for 8............... FROM THE BOTTOM UP!!!!!!

If they were to shut down STL or SLT, most if not all the TWA pilots would become FOs!!!

FF and others, the post you are replying to is a PERFET example how most of the AA pilots truly HAVE NO IDEA what the hell they signed off on, nor what the language of Sup. CC is!!!!

That is what they gave us and now they do not like it!!!!!!! W T F man are you kidding us!!!

I am off to go flight instruct in a C-172. We are going to enter into Class B airspace today and shoot some instrument approaches. I am going to try and get a practice ILS into KSTL. To bad my student does not know about 604/804.

Again twisting things.
I just objected to FliFast's statement that ALL TWA employees were stapled.
I have mention many many times that I do not feel the TWA pilots were treated fairly.
I never had a vote on the integration of TWA pilots onto the AA seniority list. It was hashed out by AA,ALPA and APA.
I understand most of Supp CC.
I have no problem with TWA pilots suing APA. I certainly would have done the same.
I have written e-mails asking APA to forgive back dues to those on furlough.
I support very much the LOS longevity pay for those on furlough.
APA is proposing just that.

I originally responded to FliFast's statement that ALL TWA employees were stapled to the bottom by NAAtive AA unions.

I feel the TWA F/A's were treated horribly, and that they should have LIFETIME recall rights.

So, you can keep calling us NAAtives names or you can somehow, if the time comes get onboard with APA.

I do respect your right to belong to another Union (AICA).
But, I honestly do not think they can help you in any way. This is America. Everyone is free to do as they wish.

I believe we finally have great leadership in APA and I am hoping for good things.

That is exactly what American will do.. They're the smartest airline in the business. It's how they got TWA and almost the same case with Reno Air.

That's right, because nowadays it's 605/805!

You out of KSUS? I did two years as a CFI there out of Skyline. Thems were the days! I flew anything and everything just to build time.

7576,

There was another thread which said, "How do I get this guy to shut up". I thought that was you talking about me...!!!

You are correct sir, not all (100%) TWA employees got stapled only 92 % give or take.

I hope we can agree on that.

Anywayz, we agree to disagree and from your post above you were talking about name-calling, in my old age I don't remember calling you guys any names except "Naatives" which I think is ok, right ? I still am hung up about calling the MD80, a Super-80....maybe that will be the topic of our next rant and rave.

Back to work for me, I'll try to give my keyboard a rest,

FF

Nowake, yeah I used to rent out at Cahokia, then go to Fast Eddie's for dinner afterwards.

Later man.

1995-1996 time frame, old owner (Bill Patrick, I think?) This was back when they had an office out of the JetCorp hangar, then they moved to a location off the main road. Now they are tucked back on a cul-de-sac off of 26R.

Cahokia, Fast Eddies... memories, memories. Did you forget to include PTs and the Oz?

Drinks are on me!

Not to start a flamefest, but what happens if DAL/NWA and CAL/UAL happen? The AA gets involved and grabs, say Air Tran.

Does the same thing to the Air Tran guys, essentially staples them to the bottom of the list.

Do the furloughed TWA guys go ahead of ALL the Air Tran guys when recalled? Or do they go on the bottom of the list?

Things that make you go "Hmmm...".

I would imagine they now have an AA seniority number, so they would jump ahead of any pilots acquired in a subsequent merger. Does that sound correct?
