Default Who will pay for a buyout?

Good idea, but here's a serious question: If a "senior buy-out" is the only way to get agreement on a list, would both pilot groups be willing to give up their merger-related pay raises to finance it? After all, without a list agreement, the pay raises are dead anyway, right?

Occam was pretty good with being in the know. The problem with FI is that you have to sift through all of GeneralLee's BS to get there....
I finally got so fed up with the bickering over there that I turned in my membership.

It is pretty worthless. It still has some mild entertainment value if you don't take it seriously (I don't know how anyone could). I guess you could say it's kind of like driving by a car wreck, you just have to look anyway. I certainly wouldn't pay any money to join.

Default Some numbers

I'm sure it's been put up somewhere, but can one of you red tails lay out your retitrement numbers (based on age 65) year by year for the next several? I know that NW has the bigger numbers in the short term but then DAL numbers catch and pass them, I believe. I just wanted to compare for myself as far as the timing and actual numbers go.
