DAL/NWA Rumor

For what its worth two of the CAL EWR Chief Pilots were reporting tonight that the DAL and NWA reps had come to some sort of agreement regarding seniority.

How would they know? I guess it is "game on" again with UA? Personally, I think that if management wants this..ie..money, it will happen.

I can't imagine management is going to let a billion dollar deal fall apart because of pilots. They don't care if we get along, it's all BS is they say they do. If this drags on long enough they will announce it and we'll deal. Maybe we should agree while there is still money on the table. IMHO

How would the CAL Chiefs know if a deal was figured out?

As of last Sat, they were about as close as the Lions going to the Super Bowel next yr.

Breaking news from a CAL pilot who heard it from the CAL chief pilots who heard it from a uncle's relative's friend's dog sitter's breeder while jogging near a crew base that has nothing to do with Delta OR Northwest. I'll buy that.
