Now don't be that way Superpilot, you'll ruin alfaromeo's "business plan." And don't forget, that "business plan" has been approved by the Board.

Sure we did. Parking 15-20 planes. But also getting 18 new ones. 10 737-700s, and 8 777s. Also, around 3000 people took the early out, but I don't see what gate agents and flight attendants taking an early out has to do with pilot numbers.

Well NWA was supposed to have already started taking delivery of 18 firm orders of 787s with every intention on exercising the 50 other options. We dont have those planes yet because of Boeing not because anything we could control.

That does blow. Although, by this time next year we'll all be griping about something else.

The way things look on here it looks like we will be griping that Compass and Comair/ASA are hiring for their 100 seat RJ's and we (Delta & NWA) are furloughing.

I thought that would mean that Compass is furloughing since you have a flow down on them? I hope that survives intact with the merger as that could make a huge difference between hitting the street and being Captain on an EMB170. BTW, how many of these does Compass have now? I saw two in JAX yesterday, I think 1 in ATL and one or two at DFW.

Wisdom! The only certain result of an arbitrated list is that many pilots will be furious, and that MECs will disclaim responsibility for it.

Yeah DAL,

I forgot the flow down. I guess because I'm not too impressed with it and am still upset with the fact that that flying isn't being done by NWA pilots. The last I checked, they are still hiring and we have stopped. Which blows since the company paid for thise aircraft with our paycuts. I am not sure how many jets they have, but they seem to be everywhere.
