Sorry to say, but there is a rumor on the DALPA forum that the company is going to buy the NW pilots all the necessary uniform parts including hats.

I think the majority of Delta guys have always supported making the hat disappear. However, it's the company's call and they're not budging, apparently. Certainly, everything's negotiable, but how much are you willing to give up to get that no-hat clause in the contract?
