That is a likely solution for international categories where 30 in 7 isn't an issue. Scheduling domestic service becomes more of a puzzle to solve when the servicing aircraft aren't based at the hub they are flying to/from.

It is posted on the Delta pilot's merger site as one of the "D" attachments to the JCBA. It is attachment #12. I don't know if the NWA pilots use the same nomenclature to list those attachments. ??

It is a letter of agreement dated 21 JUN 08 signed by Tim O'Malley and John Haase for ALPA and Michael Campbell for management.
