They don't trust the FMC of their aircraft and lean over it and stare at it an extra few minuets after every input to make sure it went thru. They have email addresses, but never check them. Finially, the only reason they get on the internet is to read their local newspaper. (Even the most internet challenged pilot will find a way to read a free paper) APC is not on their radar. That of course only applies to our '89 and '90 hires. Any NWA pilot hired before or after is a bit more internet savy.

Ok. That will bring them out for sure.
Excellent! Still laughing!

Okay gang- you gotta be kidding me. Not one NWA 1989 or 1990 hire will tell us what their frozen DB payment at age 60 is?

My cards are on the table- $2,700/month from the PBGC.

Anyone?

Okay, tell you what. I'm guessing that NWA guys are not wanting to respond while the SLI results are pending. (Afraid it might not look good to the arbitrators to be grabbing seniority AND getting twice the pension of the DAL guys!)

Relax- just kidding.

Okay, so let's try this again after Dec 8. Happy Thanksgiving.

Soup,

Being serious, I don't think we are purposefully ignoring you. I think it is more likely that none of those guys are active on this website. As I think about it there are really only 10-20 (Really closer to 10) NWA guys on here who actively post.

Also, maybe there is a little truth to my previous post, in that maybe the type of guys NWA hired in 89-91 are anti-internet. (Last try)

Hey, Soup. I also think that there just aren't any NWA guys of 89 vintage on this board. We didn't hire that many in 1989 compared to some other years so the odds of it aren't all that great. We will find you some answer sooner or later.

Ah, I'd check your numbers. As a Jan 1997 hire I'm only getting like $800/mo.
