What's going on with Frontier?

What is Republic's plan for Frontier? They closed the MKE crew base and opened one at ORD. Selling or spinning off?

I think they will keep plugging along until they merg with someone. It is a good brand with value, but who would they fit in with? I don't have that answer.

Frontier has also starting operating out of Trenton, NJ with flights to Florida and also New Orleans. They are also expanding their routes within the next month.

I was in Trenton and they are beefing up the terminal and security around the airport in support of this. Controller at the tower confirmed that.

I would think JetBlue would be interested. But who knows....They're really big on their culture, and despite Frontier being similar, I'm not sure it would be what they're looking for.
