Mergers/Acquisitions have been quiet for a while now. What are you hearing out there?

That rumor has been around for 25 years. They haven't digested LCC yet.

I am also hearing this merger since long. By merger they want to make one new company with new name for increasing their business, which is now almost zero. They are taking the help of merger and acquisition advisers. I am also working with a company, whose merger process with has almost finished year back and they are really doing well. It takes around 2 years for them to follow this process. Investmentbank merger and acquisition advisors helped them a lot in this process.
