They've gotten substantially better.

That said, how can we have the highest numbers for AA and one of the lowest for DL? Hint: It's not a Compass problem.

That's fantastic for you guys. The world doesn't revolve around SkyWest. If your 700's aren't being renewed by United is that because your performance? Uh-oh better watch out over there.

Don't know if you've heard but AA has plans, and intends, on being the largest airline in LAX, what better way to do it than start with additional regional flights. My guess on the reason they went to SkyWest is because they can't get anymore 175's right now and your planes are just sitting there.

This would be really interesting for the people who left Envoy during 14/15 to go to Compass only to return to Envoy.

Most of them will have upgraded at Compass, where they'd have spent most of their time as a reserve FO at envoy. If this rumor were to come true, there likely would be fences so they'd stay in their captain seat, so the guys that bailed would likely end up ahead.

Actually, it would be interesting for all pilots involved. If you're assuming an SLI would automatically put them more junior in an SLI to where they would have been had they stayed at Envoy, depending on their status (CA/FO) and seniority, that may not end up the case. Same goes for pecking order to flow to AA.

In a consolidation scenario, it's impossible to tell whether such a pre-merger situation would or would not benefit said pilots as who knows who the acquirer would be, how an SLI would go and what contractual modifications would occur as part of such a situation. Compass might actually have the edge if their CBA is more attractive (12/4 already in place) and Envoy is broken up to not just one carrier, but more then one.

More relearicly... Heard Gojet guys talking about TSA,Compass,Gojet merger.. And TSA getting stapled because they only fly 50 seaters...??.. Ya. I know...

Gojet pilots are honestly some of the dumbest around.
