Is there an expedited training program for those typed and current in the 175?

Any idea on commutability DFW-IAH? Seems like there is a flight every hour and a half, or so.

DFW-IAH is very commutable. And, you can drive it in a crunch in 4 hours.

Why Mesa? Where are you coming from?

No expedited program for having the type.

Default ATP

I've pretty much narrowed down Mesa as my first choice of airline due to proximity to IAD. I already have an ATP. Will having an ATP serve any advantages to training? I'm new to all this still. Thank you

Hey man, the only real advantage of having an ATP before you start training is not having to do the ATP-CTP course.

If you’re looking at IAD on the CRJ you shouldn’t be in training as long as the Ejet new hires......that’s just a guess though not sure what’s up on the CRJ side these days. Best of luck though.

Why on earth would you go to Mesa over PSA (or RAH even) given their DCA bases?

With MetroRail running to DCA, I was wondering the same thing.... and, United’s CPP program hasn’t even kicked in yet for Mesa. Once Mesa pilots start getting pulled into United classes through the CPP, it might make sense.
