Travel Benefits

How do the travel benefits work for Mesa? If you are on the E175 in IAH do you only get United? What about the CRJ?

Is there a Mesa or United/AA website portal or number you call to book yourself on other United metal flights? Is it guaranteed or standby? Any cost? Is it easy booking international travel? What about Business or First class?

What about nominated friends/spouse/partners and family how do they book?

What about the discounts on hotels and rental cars?

EJET pilots only get UA, CRJ gets both. Of course it’s standby.

Upgraded class?

If someone lists for economy and there is 18 seats open for business and no other non-revs will you be upgraded to business at the gate?

For domestic flights they pretty much always have revenue pax to upgrade. International you need to list for biz in that situation or get left behind. That how UA more or less works. Not too familiar on the AA side with the new listing website

IAH EJet Family non-rev

So just to confirm, the family members of an IAH EJet pilot can only book discounted flights on UAL? Thx for your inputs!

There is a large list of other airlines where you and family members can list for ZED fares on other airlines.

Lufthansa, Emirates, Air France, Delta, ...

My bad MJ, thx for your reply tho. I meant to ask about positive space discounted fares vs ZED.

Who offers positive space discounted fares other than British Airways?

Most mainline carriers do for their own employees and those at their WO regionals.

Can't speak for other airlines, but AA and its WOs get 20% as employees, along with their spouse, dependents and parents.
