Upgrade Training

Does anyone know the format for upgrade training on the CRJ side? Classroom days, sim sessions, IOE location(s), ie?

Ground for about a week, oral then Sim which has pretty much the same format as initial. Few days off then IOE you’ll get at least one trip in IAD and probably finish in DFW PHX to get your Fed ride.
