The aim of this post; improving OUR situation:
1. * No back to back paring(s) will be awarded unless requested by the pilot;
2. * If the company awards more than 90 hours all hours over and including the 90th hour will be paid at 1.5 times hourly wage;
3. * Guarantee appropriate hotel accommodations for any in-base cancellation(s) during a pairing;
4. * 100 percent reimbursement for FAA medical examinations;
5. * If awarded more than 4 legs on first day of pairing minimal rest period will be not less than 14.5 hours;
